RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Any personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course if there is a defect, we will be happy to replace the product or issue a refund. Non personalized products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days for a refund. They must be mailed or dropped back to our store (Shipper is responsible for return shipping). Please call or email for the address.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within six business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Item exchanges are subject to product availability.
personalized items and custom items are not eligible for exchange.
Items ordered that arrived damaged can be exchanged by contacting our customer service
